WHAT WE CARRY

  • Anno Artem 1 Security Plaza Pottstown, PA, 19464 United States (map)

May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Let’s talk about what we carry
the silent burdens, the emotional weight, the parts of ourselves we hide.

WHAT WE CARRY
Exhibition Friday, May 23 - June 1st | Anno Artem Gallery

In What We Carry, Anno Artem presents a group exhibition that makes space for the unseen—personal, psychological, and generational. Through mixed media, photography, painting, and installation, artists explore what it means to carry trauma, resilience, memory, and meaning in the body and mind.

This exhibition arrives in May for a reason. During Mental Health Awareness Month, What We Carry invites reflection, conversation, and connection around the complexities of emotional wellbeing. It reminds us that art can be a form of therapy, advocacy, and collective care.

We all carry something.

Opening Reception: Friday, May 23, 6–9 PM
Anno Artem | 1 Security Plaza, Suite 202, Pottstown, PA
