Surrounded by artwork that explores states of fluidity, dissolution, and sensory surrender, you’ll be gently guided into stillness through an hour of live sound meditation featuring gong, handpan, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more. Expect waves of sound that calm the nervous system, support deep rest, and invite quiet reflection.

A yoga mat or camping pad
Two blankets (one for cushioning, one for warmth)
A pillow and eye covering

Jen has delved into both the medical and holistic healing arts for more than a decade. As a former registered nurse, her sound and yoga offerings are uniquely catered to the energy of the moment, room, and recipient(s) as learned through ample bedside experience; refined deep listening; and, keen awareness. Her soul purpose is to facilitate space for rebalancing the collective nervous system by quieting noise and the monkey mind through soothing sound, silence, and stillness. Jen knows it is imperative for the recipient to feel safe, warm, and comfortable so that they are able to release and surrender into their journey of restoration. It is her honor to hold this space for opening and depth. It is also her honor to share these potent, ancient modalities with the global community.
